Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Reports to: VP of Marketing

Position Type: Full Time- Non-exempt


Work with Brand teams to deliver best in class customer experiences integrated across personal and non-personal digital channels to drive growth. Ensure the Ecommerce marketing opportunity is embedded in Brand plans. Ability to effectively plan, implement, and measure results of digital campaigns, tactics and strategies. Recommend new strategies and tactics as needed. Establish as “go to” resource for best in class digital practices. Coordinate with Web Content Specialist to implement required technical resources necessary to implement digital strategies and tactics

Primary Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing, executing, and measuring integrated digital and ecommerce marketing plans for the product management team

  • Responsible for delivering or managing the delivery of agreed digital tactics for the product management team. This includes working with medical colleagues on sourcing customer focused content
  • Work regularly with the sales representatives in the field in order to directly gather market information and data as well as assist the sales team in executing and refining marketing plans and programs
  • Follow Katena regulatory processes to ensure that all digital marketing and communications activities are compliant
  • Share best practices within the company
  • Meet or exceed revenue, and EBITDA targets for digital and ecommerce areas. Assist in the achievement of revenue and EBITDA targets company-wide
  • Develop, implement, and measure social media platform strategies and tactics
  • Develop, maintain, and expand ecommerce opt-ins

  • Identify new opportunities - technologies and/or companies - for the company to partner with to advance our leadership in ecommerce
  • Develop and deliver training plan for all appropriate teams and create effective tools to communicate ecommerce capabilities
  • Monitor competitive environment to assure Katena digital platforms maintain a competitive advantage

Expertise: Knowledge & Skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite competency
  • Adobe Creative Cloud competency a plus
  • Experience using and working within CRM and ERP systems and information
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, and other analytics software to monitor success of ecommerce platform and make relevant changes to improve performance
  • Experience working with Magento and DotDigital electronic platforms
  • Experience with creating successful email opt-in campaigns

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing or Life Sciences

    • MBA a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required
