Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will support data-driven decision making and day to day operations by driving organizational adoption of Katena’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for administering our Salesforce CRM platform and managing business critical data. The Salesforce Administrator will work in conjunction with third party data service providers/developers and stakeholders across the Katena organization to maintain and consistently improve the system. An ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of the organization is a must. This job requires strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to solve business system problems.

Inside Sales Rep

The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) is responsible for new account growth and expansion across all Katena products and services via phone, email and digital channels to an assigned set of accounts. Customer call points will span purchasing staff, material managers, sterilization staff, doctors, nurses, and technicians in both surgical and office environments. The ISR develops long-lasting customer relationships and works collaboratively and effectively to bring world class support and customer experience, making it easier for our customers to do business with Katena. The ISR is the primary point of contact and provides sales expertise, guidance and help driving all Katena commercial activities within an account.

Senior Manager of Global Sales Training & Medical Education

The Senior Manager of Global Sales Training & Medical Education (STME) is responsible for developing and implementing internal and external educational programs that reinforces the value proposition of the Katena product portfolio in the market and differentiates Katena within the market. The role is a player/coach role and will involve curriculum and content development as well as the end-to-end delivery of education, training, skills, tools and processes. This is a global position that will work closely with sales, marketing, product management, global distributors and others cross functionally to ensure inter departments alignment.

Senior Global Product Manager

The Senior Global Product Manager is Katena’s “go-to” commercially-oriented, cross-functional, global subject matter expert (SME) for ophthalmic surgical instruments and leads Katena’s efforts to drive revenue and gain market share. This position works closely with members of the marketing department, sales, sales support, product development, regulatory, quality and operations to ensure continuity in product offering and company goals. The Senior Product Manager is also responsible for adhering to and promoting the company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with being a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.
